I think it is a brilliant idea that we can share our thought and exchange our information by writing on the blog. By doing this assignment, we will understand more each other and respect other people’s background which it will help our communication in class go smoothly. Also, writing a blog helped us to memorize the activities that we had done in class more in deep and by writing a blog; it even emphasize the need to understand it and how to apply it in our daily life. And this is a good way to shares our feeling and experiences. Therefore, we learn from each other as we read other people’s blog. Well, prof’s blog are interesting for us to read and to think about it because professor trends to go more in deep than what we learn in class. Therefore, it is always better to know more and understand more about management by reading professor’ blog. And I believe that management skill is a life long learning skill; it is hard to actually study directly from books. However, as we read more, we will understand the concept more and can apply it in our daily life if we need to. For me, I will definitely post my thoughts after this class had ended because I like to share my feeling with others. By doing this, it makes me feel better because I know somebody in this world will able to understand me. I noticed that people are hiding ours feelings more and more often as we get older because we want to protect ourselves from being hurt. It is human nature that we don’t want to be harmed by others. So, it is a good idea keep a blog and to writing out experiences and feelings and share it with others since nobody knows who wrote it.
