"Unbreakable"
Having a good planning is the way for success. In general, planning is the first thing that we have to do before we actually do anything. Companies won’t able to do well if they didn’t plan a head before. During the exercise that we had done in class, I realized that a good planning and good teamwork can make the proposal to be process successfully. First, we deigned something to protect the egg so it won’t be broken when it fall from a high place. Sometimes, it is hard to come up with a plan. However, having good teamwork can lead to good planning. I guess our team is doing quite well in that exercise even though we didn’t earn those 5 points extra. After I see other group’s egg, I think they are so smart. So, that’s why I think having good leadership; strong teamwork and a perfect planning can lead the team’s success. It is a wonderful experience for me to understand that that planning is so important for our life, no matter what we are doing; we must have a good planning first.

Yeah I think your right, planning is very important. Not having an adequate business plan is the reason many new companies fail. However, some plans just end up failing no matter how hard we try. The best thing you can do after that is keep a positive attitude and stay focused. It looks like you’re a person who knows that and is very motivated.

I am pretty much agree with you and what sean just comment on your blog. The planning process in the management process is very important. We were fail to achieve our goal is because we were failed to apply the necessary processes to our lovely "egg". FELT BAD.. yea, forget to introduce myself, my name is Fai, nice to meet you.
planning surely is crucial, and as you said, good team work is important too.
